I am a mum of four, stepmum of one, ranging from early primary school to adults, so I understand many of the challenges and joys that come with motherhood.

I am passionate about supporting mothers and parents through the challenges of conception, pregnancy, and parenting, and supporting them to create a motherhood that feels more fulfilling for them, and in the process guiding women to reconnect with who they are, their own needs and to their own wisdom as mothers.
I am an Accredited Social Worker with additional training in coaching, Womens Circle facilitation, Motherhood Studies, Birth Story Listening and mindful early parenting group facilitation.

Hi, I'm Brielle
Matrescence: the biological, psychological, social, emotional and spiritual changes that occur in our transition into, and throughout, motherhood. Matrescence is ongoing, not just when you first become a mother.

When you understand what matrescence is and start to explore your own matrescence you begin to have more understanding of your journey so far. You feel less alone. You can begin to let go of self-blame and feeling not good enough, let go of the 'shoulds' and start to create a life and motherhood that feels more fulfilling, and more aligned with your values and how you want to live.
